Job Summary:
We are actively building a pipeline of Shipping & Receiving Clerks for upcoming opportunities across the East Bay, South Bay, and Peninsula regions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely handling of materials in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with domestic and international shipping, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments (domestic and/or international).
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations.
Familiarity with international shipping documentation is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
